The third course
This one consisted of seared beef carpaccio beef on crostini with goat cheese and sweet pepper jam paired with a glass of Pinot Noir Golden Eye Anderson Valley (2012).
A Duckhorn’s glass of Merlot Napa Valley (2012) was the perfect combination with roasted breast skillet over puff pastry with plum jam or cherry duck.
The fifth course
This one had Peruvian’s rib with potatoes and yellow pepper paired with Cabernet Sauvignon Red Mt. Canvasback (2012).
