Easy an tasty Yuzu Oyster with Truffle

Here we present the recipe for a rich home entrance; it is a rich Yuzu Oyster with Truffle Mignonette.


6 tablespoons yuzu juice

2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

1 small shallot, minced

1 to 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

Crushed ice, for serving

24 impeccably fresh oysters on the half shell, well chilled


Mix yuzu juice, onion, vinegar and pepper in a small bowl.

Pour ice mount some dishes in the background

Mix with ice oysters.

Serve the pepper over each oyster and serve the rest in a bowl together.
