Chef Sean Brasel delighted his guests in ‘Saborea Puerto Rico ‘

The culinary dais of ‘Saborea Puerto Rico’ of DemoKitchen was full of exquisite flavors and saucers of high quality, especially prepared by Meat Market’s grand Executive Chef  Sean Brasel who satisfied desires of his recipes.

At 1:00 pm the culinary delight initiated with a medallion of organic buffalo as principal ingredient. The Chef Sean Brasel demonstrated that all the meats served in our restaurant, Meat Market San Juan, are of the highest quality, fed on natural form to offer the best ingredients in meats of the city.

The delicious recipe was seasoned with express coffee in grain, cinnamon, ‘ chili powder ‘, ‘paprika’ and a touch of salt marinades. On the other hand, the Chef Sean Brasel prepared two nourishing mashes to accompany the exquisite meat: one of springs peas and green scallions and the second one was created by garlic leek and fennel.

The result was a delight for any palate: a delicious medallion of organic before cut into pieces buffalo, close to mashes with sauce of soybean. Undoubtedly a great motive for visiting us in Meat Market San Juan and for the saucers prepared by our excellent executive Chef.
