Special Night at Meat Market

Our special guests enjoyed one of the best nights in our restaurant. They enjoyed the marvels created by the executive chef Sean Brasel.

Nevertheless, the impeccable attention together with the delicious plates and wines in a luxurious environment, was special. The dinner made by the very same hand of the expert who directs the restaurant in Miami Beach, was inspiring love in the palate of the presents, not to before aromatize the area with the smells that already were going out of the kitchen.  Says one of the guests of the night.

Many of the present wines during the night, were from different vineyards of California.

After that, one of the favorite plates of the house went out to do protagonism: carpaccio of octopus with chunks of melon, chiles sweets, seeds of mustard and chips of yucca. After this, the guests could enjoy the Wild Ridge, Pinot Noir 2012, rhyming couplet with loin of buffalo been served as two ways: to carpaccio with pepper and in a topiko tartar with an egg of quail above.

To close this wonderful experience, the dessert could not be absent, and it was the great flavor of the bread of pudding with ice cream of chocolate and almonds.
