What began as a time-out to remodeling the hotel, ended up in a perfect opportunity for Meat Market Steakhouse to reinvent itself according to the new dinners trendings. It took 6 months in total to make this happen.
Also, Meat Market San Juan have a new extensive menu, wich is more adapted with the customer. All of this was possible thanks to the executive chef Sean Brasel. He was in charge of some many changes alongside with his Puerto-Rican teammates.
“I am really grateful to my team here in Puerto Rico. Especially with the youngest ones, because compared to Miami, you can feel the passion and interest they have for the new techniques in the kitchen”, says Brasel.
