In the renewal process, the desserts were not forgotten. They are important as the meal is, that’s why the chef understood it was worth developing a new menu to the dinner experience from start to finish.

Guinean bread pudding with salted caramel sauce, pieces of peanut and a slice of guineo made in the crème brûlée style, is listed first in the list of options.

“We tried to ensure they were not so sweet desserts, but we tried to make sure everything was balanced so each member of the family could enjoy themselves in the same dish”, said Patrick Thomas Wellman, the pastry chef, adding the dessert offer is also made up of tropical fruit flavored sorbets and will vary according to the season.
